Nature’s Quiet Magic Through the Lens
artist
About
Jules Gallatig, a fine art photographer originally from Pennsylvania, finds inspiration in the quiet beauty of the natural world. Now based in Cave Creek, Arizona, her work captures the delicate interplay of light, shadow, and intricate detail in desert blooms and garden botanicals. With a background in traditional darkroom photography and a BFA from Rochester Institute of Technology, Jules brings both technical mastery and deep emotional resonance to her art. Through her lens, she invites viewers to slow down, notice the often-overlooked, and reconnect with the serenity and wonder found in nature’s smallest moments.

Amazing Artist Series
The Sonoran Arts League & the Holland Center are bringing together eight accomplished artists to share their journeys, inspirations, and passions with our community. This is a fantastic opportunity for art enthusiasts to connect with local talented artists and learn more about their creative processes! Photographer Jules Gallatig speaks of her creative space. “Photography grounds me. It permits me to wonder, capture the beauty around me, and inspire others to push forward in life.” Jules grew up in Bucks County northwest of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, a place steeped in the rich history and culture of our nation’s native populations and colonial influences. She credits her parents as the first enthusiastic supporters of her interest in photography. Their willingness to provide the tools of her photographic interest and opportunities for exploration began the foundation for the lifelong journey of documentation. The Amazing Artist Series is the 2nd Monday of the month at 1pm. Reserve your seat today, only $10. All proceeds benefit the Sonoran Arts League and Holland Community Center art programs.
